Adam Wilson – Executive Chairman and CEO ACG plc​

After qualifying as a Barrister at  Law, Adam  Wilson  began  his  career  at NM  Rothschild  in  1994  and subsequently moved to LCF Rothschild, specialising in equity derivative and structured product sales. In 1997 he joined Teather & Greenwood where he became Head of Derivatives before joining Hichens, Harrison & Co plc in 2003. He was appointed Managing Director of Hichens, Harrison & Co plc in October 2004 after which he floated the company on AIM and developed the business considerably until its sale to Religare Enterprises Limited in 2008.

George Roskos - Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer ACG plc

​George M. Roskos III has over 35 years of experience in the energy sector. In the late 1970s, he managed the first coal gasification facility in North Eastern Pennsylvania. He went on to manage construction and operation of a135 megawatt combined cycle coal gasification and a 600 Ton per hour coal processing facility in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
In the late 1990s, he founded Hazleton Shaft Corporation. As owner and operator, he designed, constructed and commissioned a 250 ton per hour coal processing plant and in the ensuing twenty years, added crushing, sizing and drying plants.

Steve Best – Executive Director ACG plc​

​Executive ​Director of Atlantic Carbon Group Plc, Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the development and operation of ​coal​mining operations​ in the UK and the USA. He has been involved in the formation and operation of a number of private companies specialis​ing in the acquisition of surface​ coal mines and property development opportunities.
In 2007 he was instrumental in the flotation of Summit Resources plc, its acquisition of the Stockton Coal Group​ (then operating the Stockton Mine), the name change to Atlantic Coal plc and its flotation on AIM.

Peter Chinneck – Non-Executive Director ACG plc

Dr. Peter Chinneck trained in medicine at the University of Southampton before joining the Royal Medical Army Corps in 1980.  He served as a Regimental Medical Officer reaching the rank of Major before leaving the Army in 1990 to pursue a career in aviation.  He has over 25 years experience as both a commercial and airline pilot; he currently lives in Hong Kong. As an active private investor he has served as a Non-Executive Director of Atlantic Coal and then Atlantic Carbon Group for the last nine years.

Ray Petrilla – Head of Corporate Finance (US)

With over 27 years’ experience in the Pennsylvanian anthracite industry, Ray has worked in various financial and management roles for the Stockton Coal Group since 2002. He is active in all aspects of corporate finance, in particular, major transactions, sourcing and negotiating finance for new projects and major equipment purchases and major sales contracts.

Barney Corrigan – Project Development Director

Barney has over 30 years’ experience in the resource industry including multiple roles as a Planning & Development Manager specializing in all aspects of mineral and waste planning. His principal role in the Company is the identification, evaluation, acquisition and development of coal sites in the USA and elsewhere, to widen the Company’s project portfolio, resource base and production profile.
